Shipping policy

Bit Part Europe AB (bit part EU) makes every effort to ship orders in a timely manner. Preorder products will ship within 30 days of their provided window. In stock orders generally ship within a business day unless otherwise specified on our website or social media (holidays, etc.). If there will be an extended handling time on a particular order, we will make our best effort to contact the customer and inform them.

Terms
Retail orders are shipped Incoterms 2020 DAP. Wholesale and volume orders are shipped Incoterms 2020 EXW, which will be noted on the invoice.

Shipping Inside the European Union
We ship express within the European Union, which should arrive within 2-4 business days. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us. VAT exemptions are available for orders shipping outside of Sweden.

International Shipping
Shipping outside of the EU but within the Schengen Zone (Norway, Switzerland) is calculated at the same price and time period as the EU. We ship to the United Kingdom via UPS and DHL. The customer is responsible for any import duties due at delivery.

Delays
Bit Part Europe AB is not responsible for shipping carrier related delays.

Order Tracking
Order tracking will be provided upon shipment confirmation.
